Try another store of the same chain, or email us if your chain has finished for the season.

The chain has run out or finished for the season

Check the end date printed on your voucher. Some pharmacy partners finish corporate vouchers before the usual 31 August, and stock can run out. Email us straight away. We'll look at what your workplace's program still allows and find you another option.

This store doesn't offer flu shots

Not every store in a chain gives flu shots, and smaller stores often stop early. Your voucher works at any store of your chain that takes vouchers, anywhere in the country, so you don't have to stay with that store.

  1. Open your chain's booking site, the one named on your voucher. It shows which stores take vouchers.
  2. Search for stores near you, and widen the search radius if nothing comes up.
  3. Book a store that shows availability.

If no store of your chain is close enough, email us.

The pharmacist says it's not suitable for you

Pharmacists check each person before vaccinating. If yours decides you shouldn't have the shot at the pharmacy, ask them what the reason is, so you can tell your doctor. Then see your GP, who can advise on what's right for you. Please also email us with the reason, and we'll advise on your voucher.

If the pharmacist says you're eligible for a government-funded flu vaccine under the National Immunisation Program, the voucher doesn't apply. You can have that vaccine at a pharmacy or your GP. Check who is eligible on health.gov.au.
