Book in advance on the TerryWhite Chemmart booking portal, because that is where your voucher code is checked. Your voucher works at any participating TerryWhite Chemmart store, anywhere in the country, and only that chain.
Use the voucher code from your downloaded voucher, not your company's promo code. The promo code only downloads a voucher and never works on a pharmacy's booking site.
Steps
- Go to TerryWhite Chemmart health services and choose flu vaccination.
- Check the service type, then enter your postcode or suburb.
- Choose a store, select All availabilities and follow the prompts to the time selection. Select Load more appointments for more dates.
- Enter your name, address, phone number, date of birth and Medicare details, then select Book Appointment. The pharmacy uses these details to record your vaccination on the Australian Immunisation Register (AIR). No Medicare card? Tick the box provided.
- At Payment, select Use voucher code and enter your code.
- Check your email for the booking confirmation.
Good to know
- The pharmacist decides on the day whether the vaccine is suitable for you. The voucher is a payment method only.
- To change or cancel, use the link in your confirmation email as early as you can. That frees the voucher for a new booking. A booking you miss counts as a used voucher.
- You will get a reminder by email or text before your appointment.
- Arrive 5 minutes early to check in, and stay seated in the pharmacy for at least 15 minutes after your shot. Don't drive during that time. Seriously unwell later? Call 000.
- The date that applies is printed on your voucher.
- Aged 65 or over? A government-funded flu vaccine is available at your GP or pharmacy, so the voucher doesn't apply. See I'm 65 or over: which flu shot should I have?
