If you booked your onsite workplace flu shot with us, your flu vaccination certificate is emailed to you. We don't send certificates for shots given at a pharmacy.

Workplace clinic, booked online

Nothing to do. Check your inbox, including spam, for the email address you used to book. The certificate arrives straight after you have your shot.

Workplace clinic, walk-in or no online booking

  1. Ask the nurse for a certificate at your appointment.
  2. Give them your email address.
  3. The certificate is emailed to you.

Pharmacy or medical centre

Check the email address you booked with first, because many pharmacies email the certificate. If it isn't there, ask the pharmacy or medical centre. Your certificate comes from them. We can't request it for you, because your vaccination information is confidential.

In Australia, your vaccination is also recorded on the Australian Immunisation Register (AIR), and you can ask Services Australia for your immunisation history.

Didn't get the email?

  1. Check spam or junk.
  2. Check you typed your email address correctly when you booked.
  3. Still nothing? Email us with your name, your workplace and the date of your clinic.
