Do you provide flu vaccination certificates?

Yes, we provide flu vaccination certificates in all our onsite flu vaccination programs.

Each participant who booked their appointment online will receive a flu vaccination certificate via email right after receiving their flu shot.

For "walk-ins' or for participants that did not book online, can have their flu vaccination certificate upon request and after providing their email address.

If you received your flu shot at a pharmacy or Medical Center, you would need to contact them to get your flu vaccination certificate. Unfortunately, we can't request a flu certificate on your behalf as this information is confidential.
