Book your flu appointment with Blooms the Chemist
Blooms The Chemist is pleased to offer you a voucher for a flu vaccination service, redeemable at participating Blooms The Chemist pharmacies.
Booking Instructions:
- Vaccination bookings can be made in-store at your local Blooms The Chemist, or make a booking online
- The flu voucher code must be presented in the participating Blooms The Chemist stores at the time of vaccination
- The voucher does not cover high-dose flu vaccinations.
- Blooms The Chemist provides cell-based flu vaccinations
- Voucher expiration: 31/08/2025
Please bring your voucher and photo identification to your appointment because the pharmacist will need to validate your identification code before administering the vaccination.
It's important to note that demand is high, and appointment times may be limited, so we encourage you to redeem your voucher as soon as possible to ensure you don't miss out. Please arrive 5 minutes before your appointment and be prepared to stay in the store for an additional 15-minute observation period.
Your name may be shared with the organisation paying for the service for verification and payment purposes, but your personal health information will be kept confidential. If you have any questions about your eligibility for the flu vaccination, please speak to a pharmacist.
