Booking your FREE Health Service using a Voucher code


  1. Once you receive an email from your employer containing your unique voucher code, click the

    link HERE to book your FREE health service.

    All Corporate Health vouchers must be booked in advance through the TWC booking portal to

    validate the voucher code.

    o Eligibility criteria applies to all other service vouchers – a corporate health voucher does not mean you are eligible for that service, it is a payment mechanism only. The pharmacist will help you determine if you are eligible.

    o Corporate Flu vouchers are eligible for people aged 5 to 64 years, for the standard Influenza formulation.

    o People aged 65 years + are eligible for a FREE high dose Influenza vaccine from their pharmacy and should not use a Corporate Flu voucher.

    o Voucher holders may wish to receive a cell-based Influenza vaccine instead of the standard Influenza vaccine; this will incur an additional fee payable by the voucher holder at the time of the appointment in addition to their Corporate Flu voucher.

  2. Double check your service type and enter your postcode or suburb to find your closest

    TerryWhite Chemmart Pharmacy with available appointments.


  1. Once you choose your TerryWhite Chemmart Pharmacy – Click ‘All availabilities’ and follow the

    prompts as asked until you reach the preferred time selection.

  1. Select your preferred appointment times from those available or click “Load more

    appointments” to see additional dates and times.


  1. Populate your personal details to secure your booking: name/address/contact number/DOB/Medicare card details and click ‘Book Appointment’.

**This information is required by law for the Australian Immunisation Records (AIR)

**If you do not have a Medicare Card, please tick the appropriate box provided.


  1. At the ‘Payment’ section, select ‘Use voucher Code’ and enter the unique voucher code

    provided in the email.


  1. You will receive an immediate email from our booking system (info@healthengine.com.au)

    confirming the appointment has been booked. This email will be sent to the email address

    entered into the booking system.


o If needed, you can cancel your appointment using the cancellation link in this email. If your appointment is cancelled more than 24 hours before your appointment, your voucher code will release and allow you to make another booking with the same voucher code.

o If you do not cancel your booking more than 24 hours before your appointment or do not arrive for your appointment, your voucher code will not be able to be used to book another appointment.



  1. A reminder email OR text message will be sent 24hrs prior to your appointment. This will go to

    the email/phone number entered when making the booking.



  1. Aim to be at the pharmacy 5 minutes before your appointment to get checked-in, and remember you will need to remain seated in the pharmacy for 15 minutes after your vaccination as an observation period.
