Double-check your service type (it should say Flu Vaccination 2024) and enter your postcode or suburb to find your closest TerryWhite Chemmart Pharmacy with available appointments.
Once you choose your TerryWhite Chemmart Pharmacy – Click ‘All availabilities' and follow the prompts as asked until you reach the preferred time selection.
Select your preferred appointment times from those available
Populate your personal details to secure your booking: name/address/contact number / DOB /medicare card details and click ‘Book Appointment’.
At the ‘Payment’section, select‘Use voucher Code and enter the unique voucher code provided in the email.
You will receive an immediate email from our booking system (info@healthengine.com.au) confirming the appointment has been booked. This email will be sent to the email address entered into the booking system.
A reminder email will also be sent 24hrs before the booking with a pre-consent form for you to fill in and confirm prior to your appointment.
Aim to be at the pharmacy 5 minutes before your appointment to get checked in, and remember you will need to remain seated in the pharmacy for 15 minutes after your vaccination.
