Email Subject: YOUR-COMPANY’s Free Flu Vaccination Program
As part of YOUR-COMPANY’s commitment to health and well-being, we have partnered with Corporate Care to offer an annual influenza vaccination program to our staff using the four-strain flu vaccine.
The Flu is easily spread through coughs and sneezes or even just touching something that has the virus on it. It is much worse than a cold and causes fever, fatigue, headache, muscle and joint pains, and cough and sore throat. Most people who get the flu need several days off work and risk spreading the illness to their family and friends. People with other health problems are also at risk of severe illness, which may require hospital care.
The Scheduled time and date for our flu clinic is as follows:
Room: Enter the Room name
Job Location: Enter Job site details here
Date: Enter the date(s) of the clinic(s here
Time: Enter the time of the clinic(s here

Attend your Flu Vaccination appointment
Bookings are made on a first-come, first-served basis, so don’t delay if you are looking for a specific timeslot
Vaccination against the flu is very safe; however, vaccines, like other medicines, are not suitable for everyone. It is very safe and strongly recommended for pregnant women and people with chronic health problems but not recommended for people who are allergic to the vaccine.
If you are unsure whether to receive the flu vaccine, please access Corporate Care's FluSmart Knowledgebase site. You will find lots of information about the flu.
If you don’t get a chance to make an appointment, come to the clinic anyway, as the nurse will generally have additional vaccines and will most likely accommodate you.
Vaccination against the flu only takes a few minutes. However, we ask that you stay in the clinic's general vicinity for 15 minutes after you get vaccinated.
To help the clinic run smoothly and minimise the disruption to your working day, please:
- Wear clothes that will allow access to the top of your upper arm;
- Arrive on time; and
- Spread the word
What if I can’t make it to the clinic?
If you can’t make it to our onsite clinic, please let me know as we may be able to arrange something for you, i.e. Flu Vouchers.
