How to Book Your Flu Vaccination with Chemist Warehouse NZ Using a Voucher Code

Before You Start

Check your eligibility for a free government-funded flu vaccine here: Pharmac 2024 Eligibility. If eligible, proceed

directly to to book your vaccination without needing a voucher code.

STEP 1: Follow the Link & Generate Your Voucher Code

1.      Follow the custom online portal link provided to access the portal. Note: Sharing this link outside your organization is strictly prohibited and will be monitored.

2.     Read the general information in ‘Step 1 – Info’, then click 'Next'.

3.      Select New Zealand as your country and your company address from the drop-down menu, then click 'Search'.

4.      Choose your desired store location on the map and click 'Select Store'. Then, click 'Continue'.

5.     Enter your personaldetails. Review that the information is correct and click 'ReceiveVoucher'.

6.     Enter the verification code sent to your mobile number and click ' Verify'.

7.      Your voucher code will be generated, a message will confirm its creation on the screen, and it will be emailed to you. Note: This is not a confirmation of your booking. You need to go to to book your vaccination.

STEP 2: Book Your Vaccination

1.     Go to

2.      Click on the ‘SearchLocation’ button and select your city from the drop-down menu.

3.     Click on the ‘Search Service ’ button and select ' Flu (Influenza)’ from the drop-down menu.

4.      Click on the ‘SearchPharmacy’ button and select the pharmacy you would like to make a booking from the drop-down menu.

5.      Click on the ‘Appointment Date’ button and click the date on the calendar you would like to make your booking. Select your appointment time and click 'Proceed'.

6.      Enter your personal details and click ‘Proceed’.

7.      Declare if you're eligible for a free funded flu vaccine. Note: No voucher code is needed for eligible individuals.

8.      Click ‘Use Voucher Code ’ and enter your voucher code in the box. Make sure it’s correct and click ‘Redeem’.

9.      Your appointment is now booked, and a confirmation will show on the screen. You'll also receive a confirmation email and text message within 24 hours.

STEP 3: Attend Your Appointment

1.      You should arrive 5 minutes before your appointment time, bring your licence or ID, and wear short-sleeved or loose-fitting clothing. Note: you cannot drive or operate machinery for 20mins post-vaccination.

2.      Visit and click on "Immunisation Frequently Asked Questions" to learn about your appointment, duration,post-appointment expectations, possible side effects, and how to report them.

Important Reminders:

·       Do not enter your credit or debit card details; payment is not required with your flu voucher code. Refunds will not be issued if payment is made in error instead of using the voucher code.

·       Enter personal details as per your legal identity documents. This information will be used to record your vaccination in your health records via AIR.

·       Double-check your email address and phone number for accuracy. Incorrect entries may result in missed appointment notifications.

How to Reschedule or Cancel Your Vaccination with Chemist Warehouse NZ

Rescheduling or Cancelling Your In-Store Vaccination where a Voucher Code was Used

1. After booking your in-store vaccination appointment, you will have received a confirmation email.

2. Go to your email inbox and open your confirmation email.

3. In the confirmation email, find the 'Reschedule/Cancel Booking' button at the bottom and click it.

4. When rescheduling:

• Follow the instructions to create a new booking, which follows the same process as your initial

booking. Once confirmed, you'll receive a confirmation message on screen and via email with your

new booking details.

When cancelling:

• Your booking has now been cancelled and a confirmation of its cancellation will appear on

screen. You’ll also receive an email confirmation of the cancellation.
