To book your appointment with Chemist Warehouse in NZ, please click on the below URL, and follow the instructions.
1) Go to
www.chemistwarehouse.co.nz
2) Click on Book now
3) Put in your location. Click “flu vaccine” then search.
4) Click “book appointment” on your desired store
5) Find date you want
6) Click on time you wish to receive your vaccine
Greyed out dates mean that there are no available appointments on that day
7) Add your personal information and input coupon code – your coupon code should say
CWHNZ_[numbers/letters] if it does not this is NOT a Chemist Warehouse NZ coupon
Your appointment is now booked.
You will get a confirmation email to the email address you signed up with.
