Paste the email below into a message to your staff. It explains how to download a flu voucher with your company promo code on FluVouchers.com.au, and how to book with the voucher code. Fill in the fields in [square brackets].

The template includes a warning because staff often type the promo code into the pharmacy's booking site, and it never works there.

## Email template

**Subject:** Get your flu voucher: [COMPANY NAME]

Hi everyone,

[COMPANY NAME] has partnered with Corporate Care to give you a flu vaccination at a pharmacy. Your flu voucher is for you, the employee: one voucher per person. Here is how to get it.

**Two codes, not one. Please read this first.**
- The **promo code** is [PROMO CODE]. It is only for downloading your voucher from FluVouchers.com.au.
- The **voucher code** is printed on the voucher you download. That is the code you use to book with the pharmacy.
- Do not enter the promo code on a pharmacy's booking site. It will not work.

**How to get your voucher**
1. Go to https://www.fluvouchers.com.au/ and search for a pharmacy near you, or choose the pharmacy chain you prefer. Your voucher works at any participating store of the chain you choose, anywhere in the country, and only that chain.
2. Select **Buy**.
3. Enter your name, work email and (optionally) company name, then select **Continue**.
4. Select **Have a promo code?** and enter the promo code above. A green message confirms it worked and the total shows $0. Do not enter a card.
5. Complete the order, then download the voucher or have it emailed to you.
6. Follow the instructions on the voucher to book with the pharmacy, using the voucher code.

**Good to know**
- Please keep the promo code inside [COMPANY NAME]. Don't share it outside the organisation.
- Download your voucher by [DOWNLOAD DEADLINE, or delete this line].
- Your voucher shows its start and end date. Vouchers usually start working in the last week of March, and most run to 31 August, but some pharmacies finish earlier.
- If you miss your booking, it still counts as a used voucher. If you can't make it, cancel through your booking confirmation as early as you can.
- You don't need a Medicare card to use a voucher. Bring it if you have one. Bring photo ID if your pharmacy asks for it. New Zealand pharmacies have their own requirements.
- In Australia, if you're eligible for a government-funded flu vaccine under the National Immunisation Program, the voucher doesn't apply: have the government-funded vaccine at your pharmacy or GP instead. [Check eligibility](https://www.health.gov.au/topics/immunisation/vaccines/influenza-flu-vaccine).
- If you are 65 or over, read [link to the 'I'm 65 or over: which flu shot should I have?' help article] before you book.

Thanks,

## Tips

- Running an onsite clinic too? Send this email after the clinic, which helps onsite uptake. With a voucher-only program, send it any time from late March.
- Your promo code has a cap on vouchers. If staff report it stopped working, email us and we can raise the cap the same day.
