Ask us for a report on your onsite clinics. Staff who booked their onsite vaccination with us get their flu vaccination certificate by email.

## Report for your organisation

Email flu@corporatecare.com.au with your company name. The report shows the number of clinics, where they were held, and the number of vaccines given. Reports are becoming automatic, and a client portal showing current data is on the way. Until then, just ask.

## Certificates for staff

Staff who booked their onsite vaccination with us get their certificate by email. Walk-ins can ask the nurse. We don't send certificates for shots given at a pharmacy; staff ask the pharmacy. In Australia, vaccinations are also reported to the Australian Immunisation Register.
