Find your pharmacy on the Life Pharmacy or Unichem flu page, book online or by phone, and give them your voucher code. Not every store takes online bookings. Your flu voucher is for you, the employee: one person per voucher.

**Use the voucher code, not your company's promo code.** A promo code never works on the pharmacy's booking site.

## Before you start

If you're eligible for a government-funded flu vaccine in New Zealand, the voucher doesn't apply. Check [who is eligible](https://www.pharmac.govt.nz/medicine-funding-and-supply/what-you-need-to-know-about-medicines/vaccines/flu-season). Everyone aged 65 and over is eligible.

If you are, book the funded vaccine instead. No voucher is needed.

## Book your appointment

1. Download your voucher for Life Pharmacy or Unichem.
2. Open your chain's flu page: [Life Pharmacy](https://www.lifepharmacy.co.nz/blogs/health-services/flu-vaccination) or [Unichem](https://healthservices.unichem.co.nz/services/flu-vaccination).
3. Find a store near you. Each store shows either a book-online link or a phone number.
4. Book online, or phone the store, and say you're using a corporate flu voucher. Give your voucher code when you book. Your voucher's booking instructions say whether to enter it online or give it in store.
5. Keep your booking confirmation.

Walk-ins depend on the pharmacist being available, so book ahead.

## If you can't make it

Cancel through your booking confirmation, or phone the store, as early as you can. A missed booking counts as a used voucher.
