Choose a Ramsay Pharmacy store and book a time on the flu page, then give the pharmacist your voucher code and photo ID when you arrive.

**Use the voucher code from your downloaded voucher, not your company's promo code.** The promo code only downloads a voucher and never works on a pharmacy's booking site.

## Steps

1. Go to the [Ramsay Pharmacy flu vaccinations page](https://www.ramsaypharmacy.com.au/services/flu%20vaccinations).
2. Choose your state, then your store.
3. If the store shows a booking link, pick a time online. If not, phone the store to book.
4. At the pharmacy, give the pharmacist your voucher code and show photo ID.

The pharmacist does a short screening interview, gives the vaccine if it is clinically appropriate, and takes your voucher code as payment.

## Good to know

- Walk-ins depend on availability, so book a time.
- Stay in the pharmacy for at least 15 minutes after your shot, and don't drive during that time. Seriously unwell later? Call 000.
- The date that applies is printed on your voucher. To change or cancel, use your booking confirmation as early as you can. A booking you don't turn up to counts as a used voucher.
- Aged 65 or over? A government-funded flu vaccine is available at your GP or pharmacy, so the voucher doesn't apply. See [I'm 65 or over: which flu shot should I have?](/hc/flusmart/articles/im-65-or-over-which-flu-shot-should-i-have)
