Steps to make a booking
- Click on the above link.
- Select your Flu Clinic (Sydney or Melbourne)
- Click on "Schedule Booking"
- Select your "Timeslot"
- Enter your details
- Choose whether you would like to receive SMS notifications.
- Complete your online Consent and pre-screening questionnaire
- Book your appointment
What can I do when I receive my flu booking confirmation?
- You can add your appointment to your work calendar (Google, Apple, Outlook, Outlook.com, Yahoo)
- You can access our FluSmart Knowledgebase site.
- You can reschedule or cancel your appointment.
